Too Much Fun! - well maybe not too much.

It's always fun to experience a special event in someones life. This week a friend decided to give the gift of one of my classes - specifically a vegan pastry class. So --- we not only learned all about the most nutritious ingredients to use in our crepe - but also how to cook, party, and have fun at the same time. I really believe that we need to have more fun in the kitchen. We need to bring our families into the kitchen and get our hands dirty - heck even our aprons. (that's a big one for me) For this class, which was one of my shorter classes, we created strawberry-banana crepes with coconut whip cream and we made our own vegan chocolate syrup. (which can keep in the fridge for up to a month and has endless possibilities.)
